Warranty

Technical Specialties Co. warrants its products against defects for one full year after the date of delivery. This warranty covers only replacement of all defective parts. 

This warranty is based on the following:

• The fluid controlled by the valve is the one that was originally specified in the quotation and the purchase order, and does not contain any traces of other materials.

• The valve was installed according to all the recommendations specified in the RUREK Instruction Manual.

• The valve body was assembled to the actuator by Technical Specialties Co. (Certain parts in the valve may be damaged due to improper assembly).

• When the customer orders only the valve body assembly (actuator to be mounted to the body by others), the customer shall inspect the valve body assembly upon delivery and immediately advise Technical Specialties Co. if any defect is found.
